Where we deliver

We deliver across India through registered courier partners. Some remote pincodes may not be serviceable; if that applies to your address we will contact you on WhatsApp and refund you in full.

Dispatch and delivery time

• Orders are dispatched on the same day or the next day after payment, depending on the time the order is received.
• Delivery typically takes 3–7 working days after dispatch.
• Powders are ground to order in small batches, so an occasional extra day of handling time is possible. We will tell you if that happens.

Shipping charges

• Delivery is free on orders above ₹999.
• Below that, delivery starts at ₹40 for a parcel up to a kilogram and rises with weight. Oil is heavy and larger parcels cost us more to send, but ₹70 is the most you will ever be charged.
• The exact amount is shown on the checkout page before you pay.

Packaging

Oils are induction-sealed, shrink-wrapped at the neck and packed in double-walled cartons with an absorbent liner. Despite this, oil can settle or seep slightly in transit. Minor settling is normal; genuine leakage is not, and is covered by our returns policy.

Tracking

We send your tracking number on WhatsApp as soon as the parcel is picked up. You can also check your order status using the link sent to you at the time of ordering.
